ORDERING

WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING OFF THE INTERNET?

1. Make sure you get the right size, so get your measurements right first then refer to our size chart before buying.

2. If you are not sure about your size, please email us your exact body measurement, so we can suggest size for you.

3. Because it is manual measurement, there is always room for error, so please allow 1-3 cm difference in manual measurements

4. If you are in between sizes, please go up a size

5. Be mindful of the measuring systems differences so 1inch=2.54cm and 1cm=0.3937Inch

6. The charts/sizing information provided with each dress is for reference only. Fit may vary depending on the design, materials, and manufacturer.

7. We cannot stress on this more, our sizes may vary, some are US Sizes, some Asian, and some are European, please carefully read the size chart before purchasing, so don't just rely on XL and XXL, check the measurements first.

8. Please read our terms and condition before purchase, cause once you have processed the transaction, you are bound by our terms and conditions.

9. High demand products may take longer to ship, also peak periods cause delays in general.

10. Colors may vary slightly different, it depends on your screen 

 

DELIVERY

CAN I SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes, you can! Just add the address as a shipping address.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?

Processing time varies between 1 hour to 7 days depending on the product, supplier, high demand periods etc. Please refer to our Delivery Policy 


WHY DO I NEED TO KNOW THE PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING TIME?

Your delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

The earliest you can receive your shipment is 5 days

The absolute latest you can receive your shipment is 42 Days (depending on which part of the world you are from and high-demand/peak periods).

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT BEING SENT IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?

We work directly with manufacturers so your packages may be sent directly from a variety of locations. 

 
PAYMENT

WHAT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PAYMENT METHOD?

We allow method of payment to be MasterCard/VISA (debit and credit) and American Express.


WHY DO NOT YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?

PayPal is a well-known gateway, we already have a business account, however, we do not accept any payments through it due to its processing time for business users plus the high charges (which are normally passed on to the customer).  Sometimes it goes up to 5% plus a monetary value of the value of the transaction depending on the card used plus the payment gateway link. From a business standpoint, we cannot see the reason why we pay up to 10% of the transaction while you use the same cards anyway through PayPal so we decided to accept only MasterCard/Visa (Debit and Credit) and American Express to save you money.


HOW SECURE IS TO PAY USING MASTERCARD/VISA AND AMERICAN EXPRESS?

It is highly secure, our gateway is secured by SSL certificate, high domain level 1 PCI security level, and Gateway secured connection. All the information are not kept on our servers, they are encrypted via a secured gateway. UShopO doesn’t keep any of your data on our servers; they are encrypted at the payment gateway (the processing payment facility)


WHAT NAME WILL APPEAR ON MY STATEMENT?

We will send you an electronic receipt via email and it will appear on your bank statement as "UShopO".


WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW?

We work directly with the manufacturers to get you the price that they give us. We're here to provide quality, style, and commitment to our art. UShopO will not sell an item if there is no value.


RETURNS

If I don't like my item, can I return it or exchange it.  We accept exchanges and refunds on faulty products but unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for any other reason.  Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy https://ushopo.com/pages/refund-policy for more information.


MY ITEM(S) ARE DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO?
