Returns and Refund Policy

We are happy to accept returns and refunds for any faulty or defective items.  We are unable to provide a refund, replacement or return of an item for any other reason.

Returns:

You have 15 days to return an item from the day you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it (including all tags in place) and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The following items are non-returnable or non-refundable:
Gift cards
Discount coupons
Store credit

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (an order #).

You must contact UShopO customer care at contact@ushopo.com for any refund or return requests prior to returning the item.  If this is not done, you may not be able to receive a refund.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you do not receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the email from us, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company as there may be delays in processing on their end. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@ushopo.com.
